I have just spent the last 20 minutes exercising like a trooper and now i am feeling like i might actually be able to stick to regular exercise and hopefully burn off some of the fat that's collected around my middle.
Made an energetic playlist on my Ipod and through lack of equipment in the flat, leapt around randomly to it to work up a sweat. I bet i looked hilarious! Good job i shut the blinds or people in the flats opposite might have seen and thought i had gone mental.
I've done 100 butt crunches everyday this week and i've started to add leg lifts and sit-ups to the repertoire. Yay for me.
I really want a stepper machine, i can do that for ages (20mins! haha). If only the gym that i like wasn't an annoying bus ride away. I really should get back into going there. It's just a bit of a mission.
I have given up weighing myself on the Boyf's fancy scales. They say something different everytime! I don't see how it's possible that my body fat % can change twice in a day. I don't trust them. So from now on i'm going to judge how fat i am by how much i can grab. Simple.
Here's hoping that by the time i go to Florida next summer, i'll be happy in a bikini. Shame about this summer though. Unless i see drastic results soon. Probably not.
Right well i'm going to make a well deserved snack now. ![]()
