Today it is the 2 year anniversary of me and the Boyf. He gave me a card this morning which said "To my wife on our anniversary" (we're not married but i think it's a really sweet idea). I'm crap and haven't got him a card yet, will dash to the shops later and pick one up. We're going out for a meal tonight which i'm looking forward to. Last year we went to quite a posh restaurant and I have to say it didn't meet my expectations. First off the stupid waitress I.D'd me and wouldn't even show us to our table until I had rumaged around and produced my driving license even though i told her i was 24. That pissed me off for a start. Then everyone in the place was staring at the Boyf as he had a HUGE black mohican. It was nearly a foot tall!! I thought it looked awesome and he was dressed up smart too. I remember he wore Black shorts with a painstakingley ironed crease down the front and a white shirt with black tie. Looked HOT. So this year the Boyf asked me to choose where to go (he chose the snooty place). I have chosen............. very romantic.............. TGI Fridays!! Haha. I just want to go somewhere fun to be honest. Where we can laugh loudly and not get stared at by people in tuxedos. Also the Boyf is a notoriously fussy eater and i know he likes stuff on their menu. So there we go. Also he has a passion for anything in an American stylee so it's perfect. Of course we will still dress up, i can't wait!
It's pretty weird when i think back of before we got together as a couple. I did used to dislike him a fair bit before i knew him properly. I always though he was a womanising, arrogant bastard but of course this turned out not to be true!! This is his longest relationship by a mile. I think he once went out with a girl for about 2 months but that's it. He used date girls for a week or two then dump them i think. This makes me feel amazing because we've never even got close to splitting up. Yay for me! It must be lurve.
I'd better go now and get him a card. I hope tonight is fun. Can't wait.... xx
